About this Event:
It has been a difficult year; 2020 was not what we expected or wanted. The coronavirus outbreak challenged the way we lived and worked including, but not limited to, our feelings of hope and optimism about the future. The ability to reframe negative situations can help us to cultivate a positive outlook and redirect our time and energy in a meaningful and fulfilling way. Research has shown that optimistic people are more successful at work, experience less anxiety, stress and are healthier in general. During this workshop you will learn strategies to help you think more positively, become more optimistic and resilient at work and in life.
About the Host: Sarah is a TEDx speaker, coach, author and founder of The Better Life Project, her life coaching business. Her job is to help people achieve their personal and professional goals, whilst developing their confidence and self-esteem at the same time.
