A COURSE ON CYBER SAFETY and SECURITY FOR GIRLS & WOMEN 2021

CIT offers 7 Under Graduate Academic Programmes, 9 Post Graduate Academic Programmes, 3 Five Year Integrated M.Sc. Programmes in addition to Ph.D. Research Programmes. As part of the invaluable service rendered to the society by V. Rangaswamy Educational Trust, the CIT Sandwich Polytechnic College was started in 1961. Presently, 8 Engineering Diploma Programmes are offered by the polytechnic in various engineering disciplines.

DESCRIPTION:

Cyber security has become more important than ever before in today’s digital life. There is an unprecedented surge in cyber attacks at present. The excessive use of digital gadgets for sharing information has victimized many people in the cyber space. Hence this course is designed to create
awareness on cyber safety & security among girls & women; this in turn will empower them to live a cyber-safe digital life.
