Our focus on whole-animal butchery allows us to create and offer unique cuts of meat, sausage, and charcuterie that are delicious and unique. About this Event:

We've added a brand new Holiday event to our continually growing series of virtual cooking classes & demos. Our very own Chef Michael Puglisi will be leading this 2020 Roasting Class on the 17th of December so you know just what you need to do to impress your guests (and yourself)!

This class will review the techniques for preparing a Standing Rib Roast ("Prime Rib"), a Beef Wellington, & our newest creation, a "Prime Fib" (Sous Vide Chuck Roast). In addition to teaching you how to roast your Holiday main dish, Chef will show you how to prepare one of his favorite side dishes, Potato Gratin. We'll be encouraging questions throughout the class. So pour yourself a glass of wine or mix up a cocktail, grab a pen & paper, & learn the tips & tricks for a perfect seasonal feast.
