After his studies in scientific and technical disciplines, his professional experience immediately began: at just 17, to support his studies, he began his career as a salesman. After 3 years as an agent at Barilla, he was promoted to District Manager and from that moment a very important professional growth path of another 7 years began, with increasing positions in all company divisions. Having concluded this important ten-year experience in a multinational of the caliber of Barilla, he decided to further expand his experience by starting to work for other important Italian companies, holding increasing positions up to the position of Sales and Marketing director.
His is a direct, pragmatic, developed and strongly consolidated experience directly in the field, the result of experience in multinational companies as well as small and medium-sized enterprises, which allowed him to acquire a great knowledge of the different strategies to be adopted based on the market , the products, the dimensions and the structure of the company in which it operates. In this area he has also acquired specific expertise mainly in the Marketing & Commercial areas, with the assumption of ever increasing operational responsibilities; consequently and at the same time, he has developed a strong ability in the management of human resources and public relations, considered as the primary source of profit for the company.
In 2007 he founded his consulting and training company "AFC" and in a few years he has become a reference point in Italy in the world of training having already trained, in the classroom or directly in the company, over 100,000 people.
