Goals of the seminar:

Covid-19, like all pathologies that appear suddenly, has found the world of conventional medicine completely unprepared for the clinical challenge. Doctors with additional skills in homeopathy, thanks to the method they apply, did not need to know the etiology and pathogenesis to do clinical. The high aggressiveness of the virus, especially towards particular patients in high age groups, however, made necessary the pharmacological intervention, which was improving, as experiences and clinical observations were refined and circulated in the medical world. The habit of uncritically accepting the more restrictive principles of EBM, however, constituted a further obstacle in the circulation of such observations in the field. We asked Dr. Stefano Manera to tell his experience. This experience began in the hottest moment of the initial emergency in March as an anesthetist at the emergency therapy of the Giovanni XXIII Hospital in Bergamo and then continued by treating patients and connecting to groups of spontaneous doctors who continued to exchange concrete experiences on effective safeguards to use. Dr. Manera will take stock of the situation on Covid therapies adopted by the Academy or validated by experience, emphasizing one of the most important aspects,
