MY STORY:

Tina Hong is a Board Certified Health Coach and Founder of Goodness Multiplied Living Well Programs, a holistic health coaching practice that specializes in helping busy professionals around the country increase their energy, improve their relationship to food, naturally lose weight, deconstruct and control cravings and reduce their toxic load. Tina is also the founder of GoodBroth® Food for Life, a 100% Grass Fed, Organic Nutritional Bone Broth Company. Ms. Hong received her health coach training at the world-recognized, Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City and is a member of the International Association of Health Coaches, American Holistic Health Association, Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine and also a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

Prior to establishing her health coaching practice, Tina co-owned and operated as President, a nationally-based holistic veterinary herbal supplement company, NaturalPetRX, headquartered in Massachusetts. Ms Hong currently consults and coaches emerging natural food companies sold across the US in Whole Foods and specialty grocery and stays at the leading edge of the consumer wellness and food industry. Her broad experiences in the wellness industry has enabled her to work on special projects for wellness companies such as Canyon Ranch Resorts and has developed “better-for-you” platforms of snack offerings for Mars Chocolate. Tina brings expansive insights into her teachings with a keen understanding of food innovation, consumer wellness and the integration of holistic wellness and balanced living.

Vietnamese Meatball Soup - Join us in making this delicious Southeast Asian-style soup featuring soft & juicy meatballs and leafy greens in a savory and sour broth.

Have these Ingredients ready so we can cook together:

Ground Meat (pork/beef/turkey/chicken)(~1 lb.)

Leafy Greens (ie. watercress/bok choy/napa cabbage/spinach)(1-2 bunches)

Yellow Onion (1, medium)

Scallions (1 bunch)

Ginger (1/2 thumb)

Garlic (3 cloves)

Lime (1)

Neutral Cooking Oil (2 tbsp)

Egg (1)

Chicken Stock (~1 quart)

Fish Sauce (or sub. soy sauce)(a couple splashes)

Salt (to taste)

Black Pepper (to taste)

Cilantro (optional garnish)

Rice (optional)
